Return policy

We accept the cancellation of an order before the product has been manufactured and shipped out. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

We are unable to cancel an order if it has already been shipped out.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Here are the conditions for returns:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition (labels, packaging, etc.).
  • Damaged products cannot be refunded.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return after reviewing your request if any condition is not met.
  • We will not be held responsible for any address errors made by the customer.
  • Certain types of goods may not be returned. For example, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases. Customized goods cannot be returned either.

Other items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care products

Refunds (where applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift had the order sent to them with the intention of returning it to you later, we will send the refund to them, and they will know that you have returned their gift.

Exchanges

We will only replace items that are initially faulty or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please e-mail us at info@tiffanyastore.com

Shipping

You are responsible for shipping costs related to the return of your item. These costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
