Contact us at info@tiffanyastore.com with your order number and the size you need; we’ll email you a prepaid return label and send the new size out as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.

Items must be unworn and unwashed with the hygiene liner and tags intact.
Personalised NameKiss™ pieces can be exchanged for a different size of the same design.
