Tiffanya Missing Piece Lightbox
Enjoy 30 days of hassle-free returns with less than 1% of customers asking their money back.
The day you found your missing piece deserves to shine every night. Your favourite photo becomes a heart of puzzle pieces, next to your two names and the calendar of your special month, with your date circled, all glowing softly in a wooden frame.
- Clear acrylic panel printed with your photo, your two names and your date
- Wooden frame with a built-in LED glow: warm white, or 3 colours to switch between (warm, natural and cool white)
- Add your photo directly on this page
Wipe the acrylic with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Avoid alcohol and glass cleaners, which can cloud the print. Keep your lightbox dry and away from direct sunlight, and switch it off when not in use.

Gifting, Answered
Will it arrive in time for Valentine’s Day?
Every order is dispatched within 1–2 business days, then delivered in 6–9 business days. For delivery before 14 February, we recommend ordering by 28 January. The dispatch date of your order is shown above, next to Ships by.
Can I send it straight to them?
Of course. At checkout, simply enter their name and address as the delivery address. Every order travels in plain, unmarked packaging, so the surprise stays a surprise.
Will anyone know what’s inside?
No. Every order is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging, with no indication of what’s inside.
How does the personalisation work?
Type both names above, up to 10 letters each, then your special date, written the way you’d like it printed. Please check the spelling before adding to cart: we print exactly what you enter.
How do I send my photo?
Add it directly on this page, just above Add to cart, before you order. A clear, well-lit phone photo is perfect (JPG or PNG, up to 20 MB). We use it exactly as you send it.
Is the Valentine’s discount already applied?
Yes. The 50% OFF is already included in the price you see. No code needed.
What if they don’t love it?
Not completely in love? Return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
